In 'Next 100 has helped me to benchmark with the best in the country'
Out of few achievements / awards, Next 100 is one of the title and a dream which came true for me. Next 100 recognizes from the pool of talent, 100 odd members who have the potential to become Indias Future CIOs. After getting the title of Next 100 winner, my company, colleagues, and family members have appreciated my work. Next 100 gave me a self satisfaction, which reflected at my workplace. Next 100 also help me to meet colleagues from different domain and created platform of networking.
Some of the things that I learned due to Next 100 can be listed as:

- Exposure to industry other IT forum hosted by IT Next as guest speakers, panelist, etc., Which has also helped me to study and share more knowledge on specific subjects.

Next 100 is the learning platform and is one of its kinds in the IT industry to recognize the true potential of IT team on management level as FUTURE CIO of India. Next 100 is one of the big achievements of my life and the ultimate measure of my years of industry experiences and knowledge. The title Next 100 has helped me to benchmark with the best in the country and provided platform for IT Think-Thank who will be FUTURE LEADERS of IT.
Personally for me, Next 100 is an authentic sense of achievement. To help and support, I have founded the HOSPITECH The Hotel Technology Leaders Forum to give recognition to Hotel IT think-thank leaders and partners. HOSPITECH is Indias first Hotel Technology Leaders Forum to meet the sharpest mind, meet the best to learn and share with best.
Going ahead, I would try to implement learning of Next 100 and the decade of IT experience in company and bring business values on table.
