Team Hero MotoCorp Wins New Delhi Leg of TPL '14

The New Delhi edition of Technology Premier League 2014 (TPL 2014) was won by team Hero MotoCorp. The IT team from Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Uflex Ltd. secured the second and third spots respectively.

The New Delhi edition of Technology Premier League 2014 (TPL 2014) was won by team Hero MotoCorp reperesented by Sujoy Brahmachari, Head- IT Infrastructure & Information Security, Vikas Malhotra, GM-IS and Rohit Khanna, Associate Manager - IS at Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Brahmachari headed the team at TPL 2014 New Delhi. The winning team will get a sponsored trip to Las Vegas.

The third edition of Technology Premier League (TPL), India’s top experiential engagement, organised by CIO&Leader and IT Next kick-started on 6th June 2014 with Mumbai being the first city to witness the contest. TPL 2014 came to New Delhi on 20th June 2014, and it will be coming next to Bengaluru on 27th June 2014.

The IT team from Indian Oil Corporation Limited, led by Executive Director S Ramasamy won the second spot. Ramasamy was supported by Deepak Agarwal, General Manager and Raja Roy Chowdhury, Manager at Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

The third spot was won by the IT team from Uflex Ltd, headed by Ravi Ramakrishnan, Head-IT, who was supported by Pankaj Kumar Singh, Manager and Sanjay Chatterji, Executive Manager.

Twenty corporate IT teams participated in the New Delhi edition of TPL 2014. Amity University, Artemis Hospital, Bajaj Capital Ltd, Capgemini, EIH Ltd - The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Escorts Ltd, EXL SERVICE, Fareportal India Pvt Ltd, Ford Motor Company, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd, Monnet Ispat & Energy Limited, Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd, Quatrro Global Services Pvt Ltd, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Sentiss Pharma Pvt Ltd, Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) were among the other teams to participate.
