In With a view to streamline and automate its disaster recovery operations, Essar Group has implemented DRM software from Sanovi Technologies. Covering critical ERP functions, the solution has been implemented across Essars primary and DR locations.
Sanovi DRM suite is the leading management solution for aligning DR infrastructure with Recovery Time and Recovery Point objectives. The implementation of Sanovis DRM solution has had major implications for the groups DR service operations. The function-rich tool has considerably reduced the effort for regular DR setup monitoring, management, report generation and DR drill activity.
Our drill time per-cycle has gone down from 16 hours to four hours, and the team size deployed for managing the drill is reduced from eight to two engineers. For an organization, that spells considerable saving in terms of manpower costs and down-time required for mandatory DR drills.
